James N. Williams Jr.
Rev. James Williams, Jr. serves as an Associate Minister Timothy Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland under the mentor-ship and leadership of Pastor Terry McCullum, Sr. He received his call to ministry in December 1984. He preached his Initial Sermon in September of 1986 and was licensed to preach the Gospel. He was ordained in January 2000 under the leadership of Pastor Emeritus James L. Ball at the Timothy Baptist Church. Rev. Williams is a 1969 graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. He also earned a Master of Arts in Theology from St. Mary's Seminary and University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1992. He has taken and attended numerous Biblical and Christian Education classes and workshops conducted by Baltimore Baptist Congress of Christian Education and the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education. Rev. Williams currently serves in several ministries of the church to include: Coordinator of Bereavement Ministry; Disciple-ship Class Facilitator; Secretary of Men of Character Inc.; Church School Adult Teacher; and Vacation Bible School Young Adult Teacher.
His favorite scriptures are Psalms 23:1 and Romans 12:1-2.

Sophia Ross
Rev. Sophia Ross serves as an Associate Minister of Timothy Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland under the mentorship and leadership of Pastor Terry McCullum, Sr. She is a native of North Carolina, but grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother who absolutely loves the Lord. Affectionately called Sophie, she has received numerous certificates in religious studies from various area institutions to include Arlington Bible Institute and the Morgan State University evening class program. Moreover, she is a graduate of the Baltimore School of the Bible, Park Avenue Branch. Rev. Ross was called to the ministry as an Evangelist and answered the call some 20 years later. She was mentored by Dr. James L. Ball, Pastor Emeritus, and preached her Initial Sermon in September of 2001 at Timothy Baptist Church. On September 30, 2005, Rev. Ross was ordained as a Reverend by the Ordination Committee of the Timothy Baptist Church. Rev. Ross serves in several ministries of the church to include: Chair Person of Seniors Fellowship Ministry; James L. Ball Vocal Choir; and Chair Person of the Morning Meditation Prayer Call Line. Rev. Ross gives God all the glory for the great things He has done, is doing, and will do in each of our lives. She believes wholeheartedly that we should always Praise the Lord as it is written in Psalm 107:8, “Oh that men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men!”

Arnett L. Duckett
Rev. Arnett Duckett serves as an Associate Minister of Timothy Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland under the mentorship and leadership of Pastor Terry McCullum, Sr. Rev. Duckett is a woman of God, who loves His people. She preached her initial sermon, January 1991, entitled "Where Do We Go from Here?". Rev. Duckett was licensed and ordained under the leadership of the late Pastor Emeritus James L. Ball. She was the first female minister to be ordained to preach in the Timothy Baptist Church. Rev. Duckett started the Women’s Ministry of TBC. This ministry was created to give women a place to share personal issues in a safe space. The ministry later formed, My Sisters Closet. My Sisters Closet allowed women of the community and church to shop and find clothing for job interviews and the work place. Rev. Duckett also formed a program called TBC’s Mommy’s Minutes. This program gave free childcare one Saturday every other month from 9am to 3pm. This program allowed parents of the church a much needed break.
She holds a Bachelors Degree of Religious Studies from Morgan State University. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from Baltimore City Community College. She also earned a Certificate from the Baltimore School of the Bible. Rev. Duckett is a preacher, teacher and leader. She is the visionary and founder of Jesus Never Fails (JNF) Victorious Women's Ministry, a 501(C)3 ministry. She is the wife of Barry Duckett and the mother of Shawnette.
Her favorite scripture is Psalms 91:1-16.

Linda Harris
Rev. Linda Harris accepted Christ and was baptized at Timothy Baptist in 1966. She has served in several ministries of the church to include: Choirs; Sunday School Teacher; and Vacation Bible School. Currently, Minister Harris serves as member of the Pastor’s Aide, Single’s, and Women’s Ministries. Minister Harris was called to preach in 2016 and completed her Minister in Training course to be licensed by Timothy Baptist Church on March 29, 2019. Rev. Linda Harris is a graduate of Lake Clifton Senior High School. As a graduate of Sojourner-Douglas College, she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree. She has completed and received a Certificate in Religious Training from Faith Theology Seminary in Baltimore, Maryland. Minister Harris continues to remain a student of God’s Word as she attends Discipleship Classes and Bible Study at Timothy Baptist Church and is attending Baltimore School of the Bible.
Rev. Linda Harris graduated from the Divine Wisdom Leadership Academy and was ordained on October 5, 2025. Rev. Linda Harris is the proud mother of two loving sons, Justan Harris and Min. Jerrod Harris. Her favorite Scripture is Psalms 51:10, “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Rev. Linda Harris stands on the Word of God and loves to help make disciples through living a life that exemplifies the Glory of God!

Toni McCullum
Minister Toni McCullum serves as an Associate Minister of Timothy Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland under the mentorship and leadership of Pastor Terry McCullum, Sr. She is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She accepted Christ at an early age at the First Baptist Church of Cherry Hill under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Henry Simon Sr. Later in life, as an adult, she moved her membership to the Shiloh Baptist Church of Baltimore County under the leadership of Bishop Heber M. Brown II. Minister McCullum was raised in a Christian home and her early Christian education began in Church School. She has been serving as First Lady of the Timothy Baptist Church since November 2007. Minister McCullum serves in several ministries of the church to include: Church School Beginner’s Class Christian Educator; Chairperson for Children’s Church; Servant Leader for the Food and Clothing Pantry; Member of the Sister-2-Sister Women’s Ministry; and member of the Evangelism Ministry. Minister McCullum accepted her call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in 2015 and completed her three (3) year Minister in Training course to be licensed by Timothy Baptist Church on March 29, 2019. Minister McCullum is a graduate of Southern Senior High School. As a graduate of Medix School, she was certified as a Medical Assistant. She graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County with an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. Recently, Minister McCullum has completed courses for Leadership Training at Project Bridges’ Regent Seminar and received a certificate of completion.
Minister McCullum has been married to Pastor Terry McCullum Sr. for over 35 years and they are the proud parents of one (1) son, Terry Jr. Her favorite Scripture is Philippians 4:13 which states “I can do ALL things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” Minister McCullum loves the Lord and she believes there’s nothing that cannot be done with the help of the Lord! All things are possible through Him!

Emaani Wilson
Minister Emaani Wilson serves as an Associate Minister of Timothy Baptist Church in Baltimore, Maryland under the mentorship and leadership of Pastor Terry McCullum, Sr. Minister Wilson accepted Christ and was baptized at Saint Timothy Baptist in 1995. Although she wasn’t raised with a church upbringing, Minister Wilson learned more about God and Jesus in her later teenage years. This growth in spiritual knowledge led her to rededicate her life in November 2013. She serves in several ministries of the church to include: Chosen Generation (Youth/Young Adult Ministry); Choir; and Sunday School Teacher. Minister Wilson was called to preach in 2015 and completed her Minister in Training course to be licensed by Timothy Baptist Church on March 29, 2019. Minister Wilson is a graduate of Frederick Douglass Senior High School. As a graduate of Morgan State University, she received a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Science. She is currently enrolled and studying for her Master of Arts in Teaching degree. Minister Wilson is currently employed as a Science Teacher. Minister Wilson is the proud mother of three (3) beautiful children, two (2) boys and one (1) girl. Her favorite Scripture is I Corinthians 9:22, “To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.” Minister Wilson loves the Lord and draws others to Christ by living a life that exemplifies the Glory of God!

Le-Keya L. Lewis
Min. Le-Keya L. Lewis is a native of Brooklyn, Maryland, and attended Baltimore City Catholic Schools. She graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Liberal Arts in 2022. She is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity and Theology at Regent University. Min. Le-Keya was called to preach in 2023. On March 30, 2025, Min. Le-Keya Lewis preached her initial sermon and became licensed to preach as an Associate Minister of the Timothy Baptist Church under the mentorship and guidance of Rev. Terry McCullum Sr., Pastor. Min. Le-Keya has a passion to mentor young men and women in the church and community. She serves as Co-Leader of Chosen Generation Youth & Young Adult Ministry an Order My Steps Dance Ministry where she’s actively involved. She has served as Church Clerk for four (4) years demonstrating her dedication to the ministry at Timothy. She is commitment to youth development and community empowerment. Standing on the word of God and helping to make disciples through living a life that exemplifies the Glory of God is part of her foundation for ministry. Her favorite scripture is Joshua 1:9 “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Min. Le-Keya is married to Trustee Freddie C. Lewis III, is the the mother of Jaden Phillips and Laila Lewis. She is blessed to be the bonus mother to Zariah Lewis and Taliyah Lewis.
